Time expectation: 2.5 hours

This course is designed to equip quality management staff at supply chain facilities with the essential knowledge and tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP).

After this training, you will be able to:

1. Describe basic concepts and methodologies such as process, process approach, and system.
2. Demonstrate how to identify the root causes with the following tools: Fishbone and 5-Whys.
3. Differentiate between Correction and Corrective Action.
4. Identify CAP requirements and validation methods to ensure effectiveness.

Completion Criteria: Complete all the course units by watching the videos and answering the end-of-unit questions.
